Villa Lovre is located in the historic town of Nin, just a few steps from the sea – only 5 meters away. This modernly furnished villa, with a living area of 180 m², is the perfect retreat for up to 8 guests looking for comfort, style, and a location right by the beach.

On the ground floor, Villa Lovre features a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances and utensils, including a coffee machine. The dining area has a large table for eight, and the spacious living room with a wood-burning fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere. A separate toilet is also located on this level for added convenience.

Upstairs, there are four elegant bedrooms with king-size beds (180x200 cm). Each room has its own private bathroom – two with walk-in showers, one with a bathtub, and the fourth with a walk-in shower and direct access to the balcony with a lovely view. A private sauna is also available on this floor for full relaxation.

For additional comfort and recreation, a stationary exercise bike is available in the living room. Outside, you’ll find a covered terrace with a dining table and chairs for eight guests. The heated pool (25 m²) is surrounded by four sun loungers, ideal for soaking up the sun and enjoying the Mediterranean ambiance.

Villa Lovre offers three parking spaces next to the house, and with prior notice, a mooring for boats up to 7 meters can also be arranged.
